How this chamber handles what you send
This page explains what Adv. Nitin Ahlawat’s chamber does with details you choose to share on this website. The site is for information. Sending a message does not by itself make you a client.
What you may send
The contact and quote forms ask for your name, email, phone number and a short note about your matter. You decide what to write. Do not send documents you are not ready to share.
How it is used
Those details are used only to reply to you and, if you ask, to fix a time at the chamber. They are not sold and they are not put on a mailing list.
Who can see them
Messages are read by the chamber at 433-34, Western Wing, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi – 110054, and at the Pahari Dhiraj office. Staff who help with the diary may see the name and phone number needed to return your call.
How long they are kept
A message is kept while the enquiry is open. If no meeting is fixed, it can be deleted. If a case is taken up, the papers of that case are kept as the work requires.
Ask for a correction
If a number or email on a message is wrong, write to attorneynitin@yahoo.com or call 9810185881 and ask for it to be corrected or removed.
